Meet & Greet Service

Our procedure for Airport pickup under normal circumstances is as follows:

Our service to transfer you and your accompanying passengers (if any) from the Airport to your desired destination covers the following services:

♦   We will take care of Flight monitoring for the correct landing time.

♦  Getting to the Airport to pick you up at a delayed or earlier flight time is taken care of by us

♦  In case of cancellation of your flight in advance, we usually await your instructions  

     for the new flight time and number.

♦  We normally meet with our clients 30 minutes after the confirmed landing time of the flight.

     However, if you would like us to come earlier or later than 30 minutes, please do let us

     know and we will accommodate accordingly.

♦  Payment for car parking at the Airport will be paid by your driver and you must pay it to him at the end of the journey. Our driver will acquire a receipt of car parking

     to show you as a proof of time-in and time-out at the car parking.

♦   We will wait for 30 minutes for free from the point of entry. In case you would

     like us to come in later or earlier to take advantage of 30 minutes of free waiting

     time then please inform us 24 hours in advance by email or by phone.

♦   Our driver will hold a greeting board in the arrivals hall with your name on it.

♦   Our driver will provide assistance to you with carrying your baggage to the vehicle.

 

Our procedure in case of a cancellation due to NO SHOW is as follows:

♦   We will wait for you free for maximum of 40 minutes from the time of confirmed landing

      of your plane. If you do not show up, we will wait additional 30 - 60 minutes after the 40

      minutes free time has passed and you will be charged £5.25 per each 15 minutes

      waiting time. If you still do not show up, we would reckon a NO SHOW  (unless otherwise

      informed by you).

 ♦  In case it takes you longer than one hour and you would like us to wait for you for a longer

      time, please inform us by yourself or ask someone to inform us or our driver on your

      behalf. Please note that you will be charged for car parking and further waiting time

      if we have to wait beyond your free wait time.
