Following information is provided to assist our customers with our online booking and quotation system - Get Fast Quote.

Pickup/Destination:

This part of our Get Fast Quote system is for you to select your pickup and destination points from the respective dropdown lists or provide us with valid post codes of your pickup and destination points. You can also watch London map with area codes by clicking on the respective link.

You have four options to choose from:

► From Airport - To Post Code: Choose this option if you want to be picked up from an Airport and transferred to a UK destination of your choice.

From the drop down list, select the Airport where you want to be picked up from.

The drop down list provides the following Airport options:

• Heathrow

• Gatwick

• Stansted

• Luton

• London City

Once you have selected an Airport, enter your destination post code in the Field of To Post Code located next to the drop down list of From Airport.

Please make sure that you enter a valid UK post code in the To post Code Field.

► From Post Code - To Airport: Choose this option if you want to be picked up from a location other than the Airport. When you choose this option, please make sure that you enter a valid UK post code in the From Post Code Field. Once you have entered a valid UK post code, please select an Airport where you want to be transferred to, from the To Airport dropdown list located opposite to the Field of To Post Code.

► From Airport - To Airport: Choose this option if you want to be picked up from one Airport and transferred to another Airport. Select an Airport of your choice from the From Airport dropdown list and then select your destination Airport from the To Airport dropdown list.

► From Post Code - To Post Code: Choose this option if you want to be picked up from and transferred to a location other than one of the Airports. When you select this option, you simple need to enter your origin and destination post codes in their respective fields.

Please make sure that you enter a valid UK post code in both the Field.

Date of Journey:

This part of our Get Fast Quote system is for you to enter your date of journey. Here you may enter your date of journey in the respective field. You can also select your desired date from the calendar provided next to the Date field. When you select a desired date from

the calendar, the selected date will be automatically displayed in the Date field.

Time of Journey:

Here you can select your time of journey. Our system provides two dropdown lists for you to enter your time of journey. In the first dropdown list, you can selectthe hour of journey and the second dropdown list is for selecting the minutes. Please note that you must inform us of the time of your journey at least 24 hours in advance.

Passengers:

In this part of our Get Fast Quote System, you can select the total number of passengers including Adults and Children that would be traveling. Right next to the dropdown list

of Adult/Child/Baby, you can see a Baby Car Seat Required checkbox.

You can check this checkbox to inform us if you require a baby car seat.

Promotional Booking Code:

We have promotional offers from time to time. All our promotional offers have a corresponding promotional code. When you book your transfer online at our website, you can enter any promotional code here to take advantage of our promotional offer (if any).

Pay by your Credit or Debit Card:

Once you have obtained a quote from us using our Get Fast Quote System, you will be automatically taken to the next page where you can make a booking of your transfer and for your booking online with your Credit or Debit Card. We have a secure and encrypted online payment system in place. All major Credit Cards are accepted.

To pay for your booking by your Credit or Debit Card, we would require the CVV number from the back of your card. CVV number is required by the Credit/Debit Card issuing company to recognise you as the card owner and to authorise the transaction you are making at our website. You can locate the CVV number of your Credit or Debit Card printed at the back of your card on the signature strip. The following picture will show where the CVV number is typically located on the Credit or Debit Card.

Your Debit Card security code is in the signature panel on the back of your card.
